Alpha Mode Capital LLC (AMC) is an Investment Advisor Firm located in Naples, Florida. AMC is registered with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation as an investment advisor. We specialize and provide investment advisory services in Closed End Funds. Our firm provides continuous advice to clients regarding the investment of client funds in closed end funds, in clients’ separately managed accounts, based on the individual objectives of the client. We manage these advisory accounts on a discretionary basis as determined with each client. Our annual fees for Investment Supervisory Services of separately managed accounts are based upon a percentage of assets under management.

INVESTMENT STRATEGIES

Strategic Municipal Bond Income

The investment strategy‘s primary objective is current income exempt from federal income tax, accomplished by investing in leveraged and/or unleveraged national and/or individual state municipal closed end funds comprised of predominantly investment grade municipal bonds. The secondary investment objective is the enhancement of portfolio value.

Strategic High Yield Current Income

The investment strategy‘s primary objective is current income, accomplished by investing in leveraged and/or unleveraged high yield bond closed end funds comprised of securites of both US and non-US corporations of various durations, maturities and investment quality. The secondary investment objective is the enhancement of portfolio value.

Tactical Allocation Growth and Income

The investment strategy‘s objectives are income and capital growth. This is accomplished by tactical allocation to closed end funds comprised of domestic and foreign common stocks with an emphasis on dividend paying stocks. The strategy may also include buy/write option closed end funds which generate current cash flow from the options premium received. The closed end funds selected for this strategy may contain convertible instruments, preferred stocks and investment grade and non investment grade debt securities in addition to common stocks.
